Simple beauty tips - don’t have to take up a lot of time. These simple tips can have a noticeable improvement on your appearance. Beauty tips include simple suggestions, 1.Getting enough sleep each night, 2.Drinking plenty of water each day & 3.Completely removing your makeup each night before going to bed.
Have your breakfast before 8:30am along with fruit juice, have limewater with your lunch by 1:00pm or Butter milk, and evening some cucumber salad between 4-5pm and complete your light dinner before sunset and go to bed with a glass of Luke warm Milk.
Timings: Consuming any fruit juice with your breakfast should be completed before 8:30 am. Have your lunch at 1:00 pm with Butter Milk or with Sweet lime water. Enjoy a cucumber salad between 4-5 in the evening complete your dinner with lukewarm milk before Sunset.
Drink water one hour before food or one hour after food. For your good health please avoid Cool drinks/Soft drinks, Ice creams, Cool water, and use refrigerated items only when you remove after an hour. Sprouts are good for health. Eat food within one hour after preparation.
